Video Description: Paul listens to the song "Beautiful Boy" and tries to hold back the tears.

Notice the tribute in the song to Paul ("every day, in every way, is getting better and better"). It's from The Beatles' song "Getting Better" - John's contribution to that song at the time was cynical and witty (his lyric was "it can't get no worse") but here he was sending a little message to Paul that Paul was right, life does just get keep getting better and better.

Edit: Decided to disable comments. I hate YouTube comments, personally. They always devolve into ridiculous arguments, with the occasional appearance of a Nazi or a KKK member spouting their propaganda about the "Obama deception" or some other bullshit. Why do we feel the need to comment on every single thing we see? Why are we so needy that we just have to other people hear our opinions constantly? Society is becoming more and more immature. Everyone has to be texting all the time, on their phones, constantly communicating. They're so scared to sit in silence with only their own thoughts. Well I'm taking a stand! There is free speech in this video. The freedom to speak to yourself.
