Oh and the alley allows for the time and stillness to call in the apache for the tanks and make sure you use the 50cal to wreck the dudes getting out of the Apcs. I managed to get thru this with all my guys alive on yellow :)

The trick this I found is to get your guys up on the statue the higher ground allows them to pick the enemy off easily. You take a big fuck off machine gun and get over in the alley on the left of the emassy. This way you can't get flanked. And you can pick off the mofos who come from the side
