Firearms were part of the joy in life, the NRA 1st Vice President explains of his rural Wisconsin upbringing where guns were ingrained in everyday culture. David Keene speaks to NRA members at the 2010 NRA Annual Meetings in Charlotte, NC about the uniquely American firearms heritage that needs to be protected today and this election year by members of the National Rifle Association. Keene is the chairman of the American Conservative Union and the managing associate at the Carmen Group Lobbying. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the NRA.
