Smell of Smoke (Jonas Brothers Spankfic) Part 10

Warning: Spanking in this chapter. Do I really need to remind you to not read or comment if this offends you? Anyway I just did.

Joe stood up and Nick followed him. Joe led him to the back alley behind the recording studio. Joe didnt want to get his brother in more trouble. He truly felt bad about everything that happened last night.

Joe knew that Nick apparently didnt get it when his father spanked him yesterday. Joe knew that if he told his father about what Nicky had done, that not only would Joe get in trouble because he was alone with Nick when it happened, but also his dad would severely punish Nick. Joe knew better than anyone that Nick didnt deserve that. Joe had saved Nick from being punished that bad before. When Paul was about to hit Nick for the first time with his belt because he had been disrespectful to him, Joe jumped in and convinced his dad to allow Nick to go to the beach with him to calm down. They discovered that day that the mood swings were due to Nick having diabetes.

When they were out of view of anyone, Joe grabbed Nicks arm and pulled him over to the stoop. Joe sat down and yanked Nick down onto his lap.

"Joe! What are you doing? Get off of me!" Nick swarmed to get away. Joe held him tight.

"How could you not learn your lesson after yesterday?"

"What the hell, man! I would think you would want one too."

"That doesnt matter. Nick you cannot be smoking. You shouldn't have been in the first place."

Joe hadnt moved since he sat down. Nick was restlessly trying to break free of his brothers grip. "Let me go!"

Joe was waiting till Nick calmed down before he would begin. "Not until you take you punishment."

"No, Joe!" Nick cried. "Please!"

"Its me or dad." Joe pointed out. "Remember what he said he was going to do the next time he caught you doing this? He said you would get his belt on your bare bottom." Nick cried louder. "Make your choice." Nick refused to speak. Fine, get up. Joe freed his grip on Nick. Nick looked up at Joe to see if he was serious. "Lets go tell dad."

Nick gasped. He got off Joes lap and knelt staring at him. "No. Please don't Joey." Nicks voice had a low and innocent pitch now. Nick knew he would have to submit to Joes punishment. He had no choice. Nick slowly raised and set himself on Joes knee again.

Joe smirked to himself that it had actually worked. Now came the hard part, for both of them. Joe would have to punish little Nicky for something that Joe blamed himself for getting the kid into. Nick would have to receive a spanking from his older brother on top of already been punished with his fathers belt last night.

Nick finally realized how mature Joe must have been to not have been punished and already learns not to do it again. Nick had been punished and told by his older brother not to do it again and he already had. Nick looks up to Joe so much that he knew that if Joe could learn without being punished than he could too.

"Joey, I'm really sorry." Nick said after his tears had calmed and he was ready for his punishment even though he was aware of how much it was going to hurt.

"I know you are." Joe raised his open hand and brought it down firmly on Nick stinging backside. Nick flinched. Joe took in a deep breath before repeating. Cries of pain now began to escape the sixteen year olds mouth. Joe swatted him lower and Nick begged with all his might for him to stop. Joe landed ten more swats to Nicks sit spot. Nick practical screeched when the last swat fell.

"Shhh...Nicky, its all over now. I dont want any more of this. Okay?"

"Yes."

Joe lifted Nick off his lap and pulled him into a tight hug. "Come on, why don't you go get cleaned up?"

Joe opened the door to the back of the studio. Nick walked in.

"Wait." Nick reached his hand into his pocket and pulled out two more cigarettes. He handed those to Joe.

"Thanks."

"Aren't you coming in?"

"I will. I just need a minute."

"Okay."
