Ok sana itong pwesto...Meron akong UNIT dyan....ang problema lang, YUNG LIKURAN PAG UMULAN UMA ABOT SA KITCHEN ANG TUBIG. Mas malaki at maraming tubig ang bumababa....sa MALIIT NA FLOOR DRAINAGE NYA....Mga sahig nag ngi-ngit....CR.... naman nag aangatan ang TILES.....Mag COMPLAIN KA NAMAN.....Puro next week...hanggang sa di na MAGAWA......Pag SISINGILIN KA NA...........KAILANGAN BAYARAN MO KA AGAD.....I'M THINKING OF MOVING OUT....Masyado nilang TINIPID ANG PROJECT NA YAN........ANY PROGRESS ?

You basically don't need naman a large place kc amenities nila kompleto...so if you are a starting family this is just right. Mas maliliiit nga condo's ng Manila jan eh. Good for a family with 2 children the most.
