Children in Ollantaytambo, Peru created this story with the help of Bridges to Understanding mentors in July 2006. It's a first person account of their message to the tourists who flood their community daily. For other Bridges projects, please see our website at www.bridgesweb.org.

We stayed on Ollantaytambo for 3 nights and never regret our decision.. it was one of the highlight of out trip to Peru.. seems strange that a lot of buses just 'pass by' probaby all excited to see macchu pichu but ignoring the beauty of this town...perfect for chilling out

I used to be with my grandparents, they are from Ollantaytambo. I haven't been for 11 years but in February I am going, I am a little bit scared haha. I love you all! Basically my relatives :p

I wish I had seen this before I went to Ollantaytambo. I would have liked to meet this girl and her friends and family.
