i love that vasaline gel !!! great favs mamaz.. if u go to aldo or steve madden they sale insoles (plantillas) to put on the back of ur ankle there and even tho they are to stop ur shoes from sliding up and out they are super comfy and i use them so they dont hurt the back of my ankle cux that shit hurts !!! and they usually cost 3.99 at aldo thats where i personally get them but im sure maybe dr. sholls?? at target or walmart have them since they sell all types of insoles :) xoxo mwah -kiki
