  • Hands down, bar none, one of the Greatest Games of All Time.

    Forget that online Universe crap.

THIS is the true Phantasy Star universe. THESE were the worlds of Algo we grew up with.

THESE are the races of Algo.

And THIS is the game that brought it all together in one perfect package. If you've not played through this.....you truly owe it to yourself.

  • This game inspired me to get into writing music for games.

  • Awesome game...

  • @1shoryuken definitely. epic game, epic tracks. this and shining force (I) so often get neglected in discussions of amazing 16-bit soundtracks. i don't get it. i still get tunes from both games stuck in my head randomly without having played either in many years.

  • quiet possibly one of the most overlooked RPG soundtracks of all time.

  • @capostatus937 play ps2 with the hint book/walkthrough it helps in dungeons. i play it this way so that the dungeons didnt deteriorate my actual enjoyment of the game.

  • @capostatus937 it was actually. in one dungeon, there were 30 different stairs.

  • 9:18 - can someone tell me where i can find it or the name?

  • @capostatus937

This game is very tough with minimal grinding (I've known people who tried the end w/o Rune's Efess, and Posibolt is really hard to get so low) :O But yeah there aren't many treacherous labyrinths.

And Glumglufs, that would be Field Motavia.

  • What's the second track called?

  • I think I love this game more than girls
