Warm-up this morning, entirely off the cuff. Not entirely inspired, but hey, a bit of fun.
Just over half an hour, I think, all PS CS3.

  • i still don't get why you need to use that red circle thingy majigy. 1:45

  • It's while I'm in quick mask mode (press Q); drawing a gradient in that and then returning to normal mode (Q again) is an easy way of making a feathered selection (after which I apply an adjustment layer).

  • You have MSPaint skills my friend

  • Cheerio! :D

  • great! cool design and great colors...

  • When you do your sketches, slow or fast, are you adding the colors to your swatch after choosing them? For me, that is the most mystifying part of digital painting... I tend to use a palette layer to keep things visible, but any help or suggestions are appreciated.
