The sad thing is, if you watch these videos by people who claim to be being "gangstalked", it is actually them who are doing the stalking! To perfectly innocent people, they follow them around, sticking a camera in their face and accusing them of all sorts. Much of it is terribly sad, by very deluded, paranoid people, others have just jumped on this mass hysteria because it makes them feel important and like Jason Bourne, or something. im a 13 year ti. the whole puropse of the cause stalking program is to not be able to tie any of the harrassment to anyone but you. i dont think he was a perp unless you are a former special forces or high end ti like a politician or something like that. they use just regular people for the regular joes like you and me. of course i didnt see the whole footage and it is possible i am wrong but i really think you need to look more for scum looking types . email me if you would like to talk more.

Dude ur crazy. That's a GSA car and I drive one of those probably 3 days a week. Every agency uses them to do their business. For me it's just to check out build sites for housing projects. This was probably just some poor guy with a family who is now on youtube being called some kind of evil agent of an imaginary large-scale conspiracy organization whose main goal is to find out what you are doing with your day.
