The m1a1 that uses stick mags were more efficient for soldiers because they could carry much more sticks and more rounds than bulky drum mags.

I actually believe this is an m1928 model. Although the fact that it can't hold a drum mag makes me think otherwise.

@MrSquid21:The M1928A1 is the version that used the stick mags,not the drum mag.The M1A1 version had the charging handle at the side;The M1928/A1 had it on top of reciever.
