Bob Mould is a musical genius and he excels in every direction he takes. Sunspots is a great tune all on it's own, but serves as an excellent intro for "Wishing Well". Love his work from Husker Du all the way to Sugar and beyond.

One of my favorite songs on the album. It's short and simple, but almost hypnotic.
Stylistically, I never expected that kind of guitar playing from Mould.

I didn't know what to expect when this came out. After the Husker years, I figured he'd carry on in a similar tradition. This is the first thing I heard. It's been a long time but I imagine my initial reaction was a positive "You gotta be kidding me!" Beautiful.
