  • do need glsl turned on for this to work in the game mode

  • yea you do sorry if it wasnt clear thought it would have been stating the obvious.

  • pls help it works but when istart the GE the plane gets invisible

  • it could be alot of different things from the material to the game engine or your computer, you are using the latest blender correct? make sure the GLSL is turned on for the normal/bump map works also make sure you start with default material. I will be posting a new version of this soon.

  • yeah i think im using it correctly but something must be wrong. everything is ticked in the glsl settings. i can use glsl with materials but not with textures. i followed a few more tuts but it didnt worked. when i give a texture to an object, it gets invisible. and shadows dont work, too

  • in that case you need to flip the normal (edit mode->select all->w->flip normals) should help the shadows might be if you are not using a buffered spotlamp, send me a pic or a video or the file.

  • what is a bumb map? lol

  • just a note, you can also use the subdivide fractal for a kinda of rugged effect. that works just as well as a bump map.

  • okay will send you the file

  • Same here... the quality is not so cool.

I can't even folow what you are doing Rakunko. How do you sculpt?
