I cannot wait for these workouts. Thanks for explaining how they work. Will all the workouts be performed on a TM? Any chance you might use an Elliptical & Spin Bike too? These are going to be the best!

Thank you Cathe for doing the demonstration on the treadmill. I always wonder what mph and stuff I should be doing so this was very helpful.
