Why I fell in love with the burrowing owls in my back yard. Call me crazy, but I'm convinced the kids try to get my attention.

For more info on Florida's Burrowing Owls, how to attract them to your yard, building a starter burrow or to help protect them, please visit Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife at http://www.ccfriendsofwildlife.org/

Thanks for watching!! :-)

  • @macivo thanks macivo. sorry to hear yours left. mine did too. I have to go down the street to film them now. I used to be able to do it right from my window. But they're still close enough. Maybe yous are close by.

  • I think this owl is coming on to me...

  • @cricket1st

I think it is too. They LOVE crickets! Especially for dinner. LOL.

  • You have these in your garden?

    Wow thats so amazing :D

I would really really want a pet owl, but i dont like the thought of a flying animal that flies over huge fields kept in a house. Having them free range like that in the garden is perfect :D

If only we had them in my country :(

  • it winked! XD

  • I would relocate to be able to have these in my backyard
