General description
This proposal shows a very imaginative use of the landscape, with buildings as islands on flat plateau reaching out into the landscape. Flora and fauna can flourish between these plateau and on the side facing the river and the water meadows water will, in wet periods, reach up to and between the plateau.

The building plan opens up exciting possibilities for dwellings that are all in close contact with nature. A number of points in the eastern part of the area and more urban in character and provide a link to the mediaeval town. Amongst the special features is a ten to twelve storey high-rise as a landmark for the area.

The proposal includes evidence that it is prepared for climate changes and increased rainfall in the future and suggests many measures that can be implemented in the future.
