This video is intended for enthusiasts shopping for exhaust system modifications to their Porsche Carrera 997S. This system contains Evolution Motorsport Carrera S headers, Europipe 100-cell sport cats and Europipe sport mufflers. The complete exhaust system from Europipe included OEM Porsche X51 headers, which I eventually replaced with a header set from EVOMS, mostly for sound asthetics. The power difference between the EVOMS and X51 headers is probably negligable, but sound is much improved with the former over the latter IMHO. Notice the VF-Engineering Vortec centrifugal supercharger is very quiet. Also the SharkWerks light weight flywheel has remarkable rev characteristics over the stock flywheel.
Nice. but who much is the gain in hp & torque ?

Maybe 20-50 bhp. Many vendors claim a lot more but be skeptical.

Thanks for the answer but I believe that 20 hp may be true and reasonable as a gain from the exhaust but 30, 40 or even 50 hp is a number that begins to be difficult to obtain without any cpu reprog. or inside the motor work. (crankshaft, pistons, e.t.c.).

I usually tell people that exhaust changes need to be done in conjunciton with intake and ECU tune. Those are the three fundamentals and lowest level tune. Then maybe slightly higher numbers can be found. I'm pushing nearly 200 bhp over stock with a supercharger and several other mods.
