at a bodyweight of 68kg with a 63kg Phil Scarito spotting. I have been practicing Kalos Sthenos getups for the last three months mostly with an 8kg or a cup of water. I'm not happy with the position of my legs on the lunge and I let my left shoulder disconnect on the way down.
Haven't seen a two-man TGU before.
