I Didn't Hear FOX Mention The Following(Petraeus: "I Don't Know" if Victory Will Make America Safer) - And I'm A Fucking Veteran of the Marine Corps.
-
all I heard there was blah, blah, blah, lie, lie, lie, blah , blah, blah, lie, lie, lie!
Why doesn't fox talk about the microphone not working, or the prptesters who were removed from that report
-
Fox is not attacking Betraues. They are reprimanding the people that oppose him. They just do it in a sneaky way to make themselves look fair and balanced
-
Twilight Zone.
The anchor and guest literally repeat the same talking point at 2:50.
She fails to note that Democratic politicians aren't attacking his character, but questioning his statistics and methodology.
Of course, this nuance goes unnoticed at Fox.

i love the fact. that nobody points out that a general can't go before congress and say even word one without permission of his commander in chief. people are worried about the report being edited by the time it is released later this week. shouldn't they worry that its already been edited. since it conflicts with the gao report and the cia report.

Shame on Fox....
-
I find it funny how it seems like they have a "Soldiers For Freedom" readily on hand for the segment with no real opposition. It's definitely fair and balanced. ;)
-
Oooh...can't attack the soilders, no can do, so let's attack on the facts, and rationalities, shall we?
-
fox is so slimey.

I like how the journalists tell their guests what to say.
"they don't appear to like the message. do they attack the messenger because they don't like the message?"
Who is Patraeus anyway. Do you remember Gen Eisenhower, Gen Norman Shwartzkopf, these leaders were well known. Bush has been through so many top leaders, because they are against his agenda, this Petraeus guy comes out of no where and is no totally responsible for the entire operation. Do you remember the 250000 weapons which went missing two years ago in Iraq, thats right, Patraeus was responsible for that error.

There has been no progress. This surge was meant to give breathing room to allow the Iraqi Parliment to achieve some form of political reconciliation. That definitely did not take place. The only success anyone can point to is Anbar...which has nothing to do with our military or the surge. This is a joke...the media needs to step up to the plate. We need a bipartisan movement or nothing will change.
