Don't Cry For The Horses (a Tribute)

This is a video I made for anyone who has had to sell a horse they loved,
or had a horse who passed away. This is a poem that i knew 'Don't Cry For the Horses"
and i though it worked for the video.
(btw. sorry for the voice in the beggining.lol! )

Poem: Don't Cry For The Horses-----
Don't Cry For the horses
That life has set free
A million white horses
Forever to be
Dont cry for the horses
Now in God's hands
As they dance and they prance
To a heavenly band
They were ours as a gift
But never to keep
As they close their eyes
Forever to sleep
Their spirits unbound
On silver wings they fly
A million white horses
Against the blue sky
Look up into heaven
You'll see them above
The horses we lost
The horses we loved
Manes and tails flowing
They gallop through time
They were never yours
They were never mine
Don't cry for the horses
They will be back someday
When our time has come
They will show us the way
Do you hear that soft nicker
Close to your ear
Dont cry for the horses
Love the ones that are here

This is dedicated to my horse KoKo: ...I love you so much girl, there is not a day that goes by that i dont think about you, i really appreciate what a great horse and friend you were. I miss you Koko!

eventhough i shouldnt cry for them because God will give them everything beyond what they could imagine, i still do. even if i didnt know the horse, i cry. i pray for them. i guess thats when you can tell if you are a TRUE horse lover.. When you ride you become one, and they r more like a brother, not a pet. & they depart from us always to early. Just remember that God will guide them to peace & happiness

My horse passed away last August and when I told my friend about it, she emailed me this poem and it made me cry even harder than I already was. I can't read these words without crying my eyes out and I can't hear this song without balling. Thanks for the video, I alwys remember how dearly I love him, especially when the tears start flowing.
