i am now using max 2008...have to use the same version as work so i can bring stuff home :-)
its a mid poly model with mesh smooth on selections for better close ups
ive found that animating it then smoothing areas seems to work fine

Very nice model. :-) Rig seems to deform well. Only thing I could suggest is slightly more weight distribution during the walk cycle. Really must finish my Cyberman model.
