This definitely is one of my favorite books and you do great job in analyzing it. I really should read it again.

@mortalangyl Forget female, I think she's one of the best American authors of all time :)

I read this in my 10th grade english class. The teacher was always comparing elements of the the story to Lord of the Flies. Also saw the movie in class. Really chilling near the end.

Absolutely loved this review Matt. This one of my most cherished books for that way that it opens people's minds. I also think that Harper Lee is one of the best American female authors of all time.

Love it!

great review! I think I read the beginning of To Kill a Mockingbird in 7th grade but never finished it. I think I'll definitely put it back on my list.

I just watched all the book reviews of books I've read. I love them all (they were favorited)! There is a good mix in all of them of things I already had an idea of and things I had never thought of. So thank you!

Omg I read this book last year for Lit. This is probably my favorite book I've ever read in school, and I absolutely loved it. This is a really great video, I do not regret subscribing. :D

To Kill A Mockingbird is probably the only book I studied in school that I still look back on fondly. Although it didn't help that it's kinda misrepresented by its back cover (according to the plot description it's all about the trial and nothing much else) it was still a great read even after the fifteenth time of analysing it.
Happy New Year!
A wonderful review, as always. You make me feel guilty for not reading nearly as much as I should. That's a good thing :)

I haven't been reading as much as I should either . . . it just looks like I've read more because of the reviews I do. But hey, if it gets you to read more . . . =)
Happy New Year!

This was yet another video that didn't show up in my subscripion box yesterday - silly youtube.
I haven't read this book since I was 16 - it was the main text my GCSE (end of high-school) English Literature exam. I remember enjoying it, but not thinking about it as complexly as this. I should probably read it again :)

Silly YouTube, indeed.
Yeah, 16 was when I last read it, too, and my English teacher was bad enough that I didn't really have to read it complexly at all, so this was a nice switch.
Is it weird that I read more complexly for YouTube videos than I ever did in school? =)
