A good sized tulip tree (liriodendron tulipifera) in a tight back yard. Could be craned out from 65 feet away.... or tediously done without crane assist.

  • We did it in 1.3 days, with no crane....to save $. video is on Vimeo, till I can get it to load here.....It was fun....Dave climbed it like the superstar he is....we had it brushed out in about 6 hours...tough, small drop zone, and chipper access was tight.

  • Only if Image's 38 ton can't reach, which the load charts say it can, for the weights we need to pick, which are low.

  • I agree. The customer loved the tree for the shade it provided. But a root had actually grown under the foundation and cracked it. She could ill afford the ~$3200 we charged...

  • Pretty sick lookin project, hope all goes good for you! WT
