I think the examiner has problems with his eyesight as he calls the candidate 'Sir' now that is a slight worry which isn't going to give her self esteme much of a boost and could distract from her concentration during the test.

She didnt read out the full numberplate VE54 F umm i think theres 2 letters missing on the end of that.
