He's talking about different kinds of goverments, with examples for Germany and the countrys of central and east europe; the different kinds of states with points in economy; he mentions corruption (at the end).

  • Find someone who speaks German, have them write subtitles, and submit it to UChannel. I'd love to hear this lecture, but I do not know anyone who freely interprets German for Youtube.
