I have the same combo but my Papillon is a Yorkie... The dobe and golden will play ALLLLL DAY. Neither of my dogs will mess with the Yorkie (minus one time - which was my fault and was a nasty bite) But what I love about the little ones around the big ones is how they stick to the edges of the hall and find little hide out spots when the big guys are around!

@lilmissvixen27 I have a Golden and my Dobe just died, but we're getting puppy dobe to help the Golden move on. Best combo ever.

Orry is a smart pap. I get very nervous w/ small dogs around dogs that big, just one step on him and oye! I am very anal.hehe
