DUDE! Those look AMAZING! And I have tons of almond flour too! I'd love to make these now, but I need to dehydrate some tomatoes. Do you marinate your tomatoes in anything before you dehydrate them? Also, how do you keep them from getting moldy?

looks absolutely delicious! I unfortunately don't have an Excalibur, so I have to make due with my little round Necso, but I'm going to try that recipe soon...I just came back from a Vipassana course, and all they had to eat, except for salad and some fruit, was cooked food, and now I have to fight off the cravings for rice & potatoes...just made a batch of kale chips, so that will appease the need for crunch ;)
