"I am not Indian"
"I was born and raised in America"
"an American military service, above everything else, a farm boy"

"I've grown up in India"
"Tell me where my society lies"

(#1)
"Because I had catholic parents, and they're saying"
"What is this 'mumbo-jumbo' you are doing?"
"What is this different religion?"
"And you know how Catholics can be, they can sometimes be very - fanatical, that the only religion is Catholicism"

(#2)
"Its not an argument"
"I'm not talking about you, not talking about my father"
"I'm talking about everybody"

"I don't care how society judges us, I care how I look to my Guru"

"What the hell is the money? What you share is your wisdom, your experience, your light, your grace, your divinity. You meet somebody just
with your smile, your smile, just your smile can stop a person from committing suicide. Just your smile, even on the street, what does it cost you? It doesn't cost you anything"

(alias #3)
"All this arguments and this everything that people have against each other, it doesn't mean anything. It's our grace, it's our divinity, it's our compassion for others who are suffering, and we should be compassionate first"

(#2)
"Really Manik, what is yours? What is really yours?"
(#Manik)
"Actions, my actions"
(#2)
"But without breath how would you do those actions?"
(#Manik)
"Well God gave us breath, be we choose what to do with our breath"
(#2)
"Yes, correct, but the day that the breath is gone, what can you do beyond that? Nothing. So, breathe, and know that God is within you and hence thereforth you are the greatest!"

  • this made me cry

  • dont worry friend, we'll quickly make something to make you laugh n' smile. :)

  • I respect YOU! I <3 India!!! I <3 America!!! I <3 our world;)

  • <3 you too!!! :)

  • As society is not just one man, so naturally there can't be just one point-of-view. Some things which might be beautiful to one, can be depressing for others, even unacceptable. Many things are, but people still do them nonetheless.

This video is just a small glimpse into one day in the society. A glimpse about life, and death, and common themes that never intends to offend but again that would depend on how one looks at it. Like a crystal, what you will see, even the wisest cannot tell.

  • I'm a Catholic but I don't consider myself a Catholic nor a Christian, I can really Identify myself with this religion (Sikhism). My best friend is a Sikh and through her I discovered this amazing religion. This is where I really feel that "Bliss" we all seek for. I understand the man who is lost in society,I was born in Mexico, have no friends of my ethnicity, have no family here in America, im lost (which sucks)and am in search for my identity, who I am, what I want and idk what to do... -_-

  • Be lion at body n strength while heart n mind deeply attached to Guru love.Prepare always for battle, exercise, etc n visit Gurudwara for short lessons from guru n back to battle preparation.

  • IM SIKH FTW!

  • A way to praise ones religion, is not by putting another one down...Preach peace instead of trashing others, maybe would be a better world.

  • scare me a bit when that old ladie pop out from the left and got the BOOM sound erupted from the slow background music and the man start talking :-S

good music pick non the less

  • I truly appreciate the parallels you have drawn out. The pigeon is the representation of the ailing human soul: Both victims to the "progress" of modern society and in need of compassion. The way you have cared for the creature by trying to nurse it back to health is the way we should nurture our divine spirit that is crying for help. Beautiful song choice: "I bow to you, Oh lord! I bow to you, the Primal One, the Untainted, Without beginning or end, the Unchanging one throughout the ages"

  • Thank you, it's ades se ades (a prayer) by Snatam Kaur. :)
