I say merry christmas to everyone. The ones who get offended I tell them to kiss my ass. I also like to remind them that midgets are forced to mke toys for their freedom, reindeer are underfeed and forced to pull a fat guy, who happens to be an illegal alien because he didn't go through customs.

Anyways, I agree obout Merry Christmas.

And oddly, I kind of agree with SOPA, but I kind of don't. I'm all for more strongly enforcing copyright...but it's silly to tackle a website, and not the individual. Like punishing the whole class for one kid. That said, I do think websites need to do their best to remove copywritten material, and if they're blatantly allowing it (not just missing a few videos here or there), then SOPA makes sense.

Well, I believe as long as someone isn't making a profit from the music or material or claiming it as there own then it shouldn't be a problem....because then you're not selling it or claiming it...you're just getting the name spread...which should be a good thing.

That's what a lot of people think....but that's not the problem. Think about it. I could take a song, and upload it somewhere. People see it, like it. But they don't have to pay for it. They can even download it. The original artist/musician loses out on money because people are accessing their stuff for free.

Yes, I will admit that's true. I just think that little things like people using their songs should be taken down.....I don't think people should be sued over little things like that. I think people who either say it belongs to them or accept money should be sued. But if someone uses a song they shouldn't be sued, but it should be taken down. You know? I feel like my reply was kinda repetitive and unclean..lol...sorry if it made no sense.

Ha, no problem.

I think making it illegal would stop them dead in their tracks. People would stop. I think as long as the suit doesn't ask millions, but for a reasonable amount (more like a fine) the world would be better off.
