Thats ok, now I know my strong points, next time I'll apply for a crew-member position, like in the kids club as an organizer, but not as an actress :P

Its random, but the games usually focus on Staying in Character and coming up with quick and funny things to say and do.
Dancing is my downfall :(

The auditions are like this: You turn up, they give you a dance routine, you learn it in 5 mins, you perform.
Then you have to do some improvisation games, then some expressional games etc.
If they like you, they'll call you back and do some more stuff.
Unless yu're audtioning for, say, a puppeteer job, or to be a non-character performer, then you pretty much perform straight away.
