Texas is the most corrupt place I've ever been and I've worked all over the country and in four different countries. Texas represents the worst kind of corruption, hypocritical corruption. This is a prime example. Politicians write laws that they themselves go and break as if they are above the law and above everyone else.The legislation they write is so important that representatives don't even bother to show up.
