Samsung Epic 4G Official Gingerbread update EI22

Just a quick little rundown of the official Gingerbread update for the Samsung Epic 4G. I noticed they made it MUCH faster than when it was on Froyo! Not the most in-depth review, I just wanted to express my feelings on it.

This update fucking blows. Makes my internet comparable to dial up, and my music player skips. Also, it's Sprints way of adding spyware to your phone. Awesome. Now my phone is a piece of shit.

@Babiesmakegoodgloves Really? Everyone I have asked that has gotten it, loves it. You might need to reset the phone :P Oh and about the internet, I had to switch from Sprint to AT&T because no matter where I went I had dialup speeds... I don't think its the phone I think its the carrier :P

Did you get the update even though your sprint phone is off thru wifi?

@Doughmane08 yes! I was gonna do the manual update by downloading the update from Google then putting it on my SD card, but when I looked at it, it had a message asking to reboot to install the new software.
