No, these are the sons Dick & Steve, who were running Amway at the time the video was made. Dick has since moved on to to other things and his brother Doug is now runs Amway along with Steve Van Andel

I'm in MLM and the first thing to consider is to know that you need a big reason why.

Because it will take work, knowledge to invest in, consistent focus and...building a network. Mindset first.

Most unfortunately get excited by hype, riches idea etc.

But when work needs to be done. Knowledge to learn...

They quit THINKING another MLM company is the solution. It's not. It's real skills.

Get trained and don't pitch people the opportunity. Master people and marketing skills.
