  • He was discharged later that day and he is very happy with his voiding situation so far!! He was submitted to a minimally invasive operation that improved his quality of life enormously...

  • @cadu1995 I just had this procedure done yesterday. Are you more pleased with the results now than you were when you posted this 8 months ago?

  • The only think I didn't try surgery. The only thing that has given me some relief, and in fact shrank the size of my prostate was a natural remedy by the name of ayurstate

  • @SalPedi What does the median lobe have to do with ejaculation?

  • @ffgomez I had this procedure done 11 days ago & i am bleeding from my penis-whenever i urinate, What's up with that?

ALSO i still get up 4 to 8 times at night. And there really is no difference in my bladder problems at all. I still can't flow freely while peeing.I thought that this operation would take care of all of that? HELP!!!

  • Is there any pain, discomfort or bleeding after the procedure??

  • one question how long does the procedure take

  • having this done on 4/1/09

  • Ill be getting this procedure very soon and am looking forward to it. But, the only thing I'm not looking forward to is that the removal of the "medium lobe" will then prevent normal ejaculation. I'm almost sure that one of these days there will be a type of laser Prostatectomy that will not remove the "medium lobe" and of course the patient should be happy.

  • Dear George, unfortunately there is very little data published in medical journals to support your comment...
