I once beated him on the left extreme of the screen, and he ridicously flied all the way to the other side to crush that electric device and die electrocuted LOL

I think you have skip the bus part and beat Stray in order to get the other ending when Dean says that his fight is over. And to add to that, I also think you have to beat the whole game as Dean.
