This was the finale of the late late night show at Le Petit Theatre De La Nuit CHEZ ROMY HAAG in Berlin ... MARQUESA opens with Shirley Bassey's voice and "One Of Those Songs", introducing FRANK XEROX as Judy Garland, singing "When You're Smiling" ... Then you will see DAVID VILCHES
as a rather trim Italian tenor tossing (no, not the salad, silly!) his spaghetti ... He is followed by BLANCHE as a 20's Berlin Tiller Revue Girl, doing her high kicks ... EVEREST finishes off this colorful array with her "Deutschland, Deutschland alles ist vorbei!" (It's all over, Germany!) ... She borrows her voice from 'Fehlfarben', a Neue Deutsche Welle (German New Wave) band who propelled to the top of the charts with this song ... Thought that was it? ... nachrichten aus einer versunkenen analogen welt. tv archaeologie - neues aus der gruft ;-) In einem Interview wurde Romy mal vorgeworfen, dass es doch meist Spiesser waeren die Ihre Show besuchen. Darauf Romy: "Wenn sie eintreten moegen sie ja Spiesser sein, wenn Sie wieder rauskommen sind sie es nicht mehr."
