Hey man, I'm in the same situation. Do you have any pics of how you repaired the frame. had a tire replaced today and noticed my frame is cracked.

  • @br1oo1ke1

I'll have the bike back in a few weeks. then I can send you pics to show you what I mean. I'll also give you the phone number of the guy who did the welding. But he lives in wisconsin ;)

  • @draganutube I would love the information, than I could fix it before it breaks.

  • WARNING--I have a 2009 Thunder Mountain Spitfire.

Within the first 3000 miles I broke the frame in back by the rear tire. the welds are only an inch across and are not nearly enough to support sustained riding. I had to have a guy that works with a Harley dealership custom weld and fabricate new braces and brakets to make the frame stable. If anyone out there would like this info please respond to this post. It is a safety issue. I love the bike but the frame is simply under engineered.

  • Wish one day I can buy of these beautiful and amazing monsters, and ride it on the streets of my city, Baghdad, my Big Small dream
