Lose yourself in a spectacular sixties show that features classic hits from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who, The Byrds, The Small Faces, The Hollies, The Everly Brothers, Bob Dylan and more - and promises 'satisfaction' every time.

"...They're just the best band of their kind in the world..." Sir Elton John, GQ Magazine.

Having began 2009 with Sir Elton's invitation to support him at his New Years Eve show for 17,000 people at the O2 Arena, the year ended just as memorably when The Overtures were asked by Sir Paul McCartney to entertain at his aftershow party at the same venue.

More recently the band made its first visit to Las Vegas where they performed 3 shows at both The Suncoast Showroom and The Orleans Casino in front of packed houses. In April this year they performed on German TV with Robin Gibb, Peter Noone and Chubby Checker. A month later (May) The Overtures again appeared on German TV performing two songs with the legendary Lionel Richie in the Baleares Stadium to 10,000 people.

The beginning of 2010 also saw the band embark on its first National tour with their theatre production "The Bootleg Sixties Sight and Sound Show", where they performed in over 40 towns and cities across England and Wales.

Having first been invited to appear for Sir Elton at his and David Furnish's Civil Ceremony in Windsor in December 2005, they have since been honoured to perform for Sir Bob Geldof, Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour, Elvis Costello and Sir David Frost. Their reputation as "the band of choice" for celebrity parties was further endorsed when they performed at Lulu's 60th Birthday party in November 2008 where they were joined on stage by Sir Elton, Lulu and Kiki Dee!

The Overtures have performed Corporate shows to audiences all over the world including Singapore, Pakistan and South Africa as well as most of Europe.

The Overtures present a faithful and dynamic tribute to the 60s -- pop's greatest decade. Their repertoire is astounding. Faithfully reproducing over 300 songs from the classic 60s sounds of The Beatles, Hollies, Kinks, Rolling Stones, Small Faces, Byrds, Who, Beach Boys and many more -- The Overtures are, without doubt, the finest exponents of 60s music on the planet.
