It looks correct but I do slightly different:
1) I turn off the water when I lathering my hands
2) I lather the fawcet handles
3) I check under my fingernails
4) I rinse throughly my hands and the fawcet handles
5) I turn the clean handles off with my clean hands so I don't have to use the towel to turn them off
6) I usually have my hand towel hanging from a wall hook so it doesn't have to rest in the sink

The same towel you used to turn off the sink, you are using to dry your hands??!?! How does THAT prevent re-infection!?!?! DUHR!! You are contaminating your hands by re-drying your hands EACH TIME with that towel!!!!!!! YUCK!!!!! THUMBS DOWN . THUMBS WAAAAAAAY DOWN!!!

@lukema soap bars are acceptable for washing hands but u should rinse it well before returning it to the dish to remove microorganism..
and also towels for drying can be used,.but in drying one hand ..other end of the towel is used and in drying the other hand the other half end is used.=)

You never spent time focusing underneath your fingernails, where you harbor most of your bacteria.
-
@lukema but taking a shower with a soap bar is more healthy but if u use dove body shampoo all the time u might get skin cancer

Corrections.
1, Soap bars for washing hands is a bad idea, it its a nice breeding ground for bacteria. Especially if it is in a soap dish.
2. A towel? another perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
You might as well have scratched your ass as you walk away from the sink.
You really think we are the ones who need the tuition in proper hand cleaning?
