This video will tell you how to take multiple coupon inserts from your Sunday Newspaper and collate them. Then when you need a coupon, you can go right to the coupon and clip 3 or 6 coupons at once instead of having to go through each separate insert.

With CouponSense you don't need to clip coupons until you are ready to use them.

I hope you find this useful!

Sincerely,
Holly Chalcraft

  • You are welcome - glad to be of help!

  • Hello MsSweeTees,

Unfortunately, Coupon Sense is no longer adding new representatives. Members can get help from via email or phone from our Coupon Coach (which was once a rep herself) - or they can ask for help from other members on the message boards.

  • R-38 is the Coupon Assignment from Coupon Sense - I use Coupon Sense to help me organize my coupons so I don't have to cut any coupons until I need them.

Here is how the filing system works: Coupon Sense assigns each week of the year a letter. The first Sunday in January is Week A. The second Sunday in January is Week B, the third Sunday in January is Week C and so on.

  • @CouponCrusader If you search You Tube for "Coupon Sense and Coupon Assignments" you can see a video on it

  • @CouponCrusader The hanging file folders labeled A-Z represent the various weeks of the year. So on the first Sunday in January, all of the coupon inserts that come in the Sunday paper are dropped into the hanging file folder marked "A". On the second Sunday in January all of the inserts are dropped into the hanging file folder marked "B" and so forth. This is known as an "Alpha Code".

  • Thanks for the great video. We were collating a different way, but gave this technique a try. What a difference. Collating this way is MUCH faster and will make searching for coupons much faster as well. Thanks, Coupon Dad :)
