  • Ted, We're looking forward to having you come to our festival in July (the ODPC Funfest). Can't wait to hear you play with Dan Landrum, Rick Thum, Mark Wade, and the other wonderful players who will blend so nicely with your sound.

    Wonderful!!!

  • @dulcimers Hi Sharon, Thanks for the encouragement and for inviting me to come this year. I'm super pumped about coming and hanging with my family and all my wonderful dulcimer friends. Everyone says that it's a time to remember.

  • This is beautiful! Nice work!

  • @RainbowGlitter87 Thanks Rainbow, hope to post some new stuff soon.

  • This is great - oddly, we have only just started singing this hymn in our church in the last month or so (we need to find some different words for 'melodious sonnet')

    Wonderful!!!

  • @Camtria I know the sound isn't that great. That's what you get with a camera mic. Stay tuned, I'll be posting a lot more in 2011. Hopefully what I'll so is play through songs and then teach them as well.

  • @tedlavonyoder I would definitely appreciate that. I know its been a while but I would love to learn this. Your good. Should do something about the recording though. Just a little full of noise for the dulcimers vibe. Great song though! :)

  • I could listen to this all day! It's gorgeous! How long did it take you to learn how to play the dulcimer?

  • So beautiful!

  • Ted, I too, would love for you to teach us this version. The intricacy of this piece is beyond fascinating. Also LOVE your HYMNS cd - most excellent, brother.
