stop hating on everybody who owns a rare cephlapod, for example I own a nautilus. Some may complain of animal cruelty however I am keeping him in proper low lighting and cold water. This guy is infact keeping this mimic properly and the tank is the right size

Endangered and Threatened Animals: If the state law is violated unintentionally, the violator is subject to a fine of no less than $500 and no more than $2000.
If the law is violated intentionally a person may be fined no less than $2000 and no more than $5000 or may be imprisoned for 9 months, or both.
