I know as a right-winger you detest people who are on the benefit and see them as lazy thieves, but i'm not one of those people. I work long hours, on a modest income, but I don't cry that a small slice of the taxes I pay goes toward helping give so many people a helping hand through tough times. The diff with a Nat govt will be so minor I don't understand the outrage. It's more psychological. There will still be benefits & similar tax rates, but somehow people won't scream "socialist scum!"

Your sir, probarbly will never understand the benefits even small tax cuts give to citizens who work hard, as you are probarbly on the receiving end of our taxes via the benefit. How would you feel working towards paying 40% of your income to a wasteful overly beurecratic government? that is if you work..

Right-wingers have a bizarre obsession with tax cuts. It's all I hear about on talkback radio, like it'll change the world. There'll be Rainbows, jelly beans raining from the sky into rivers of chocolate. The tax cut could be 2%, and it probably will be, but they still obssess over it. There are far bigger issues to be worrying about than your extra $15 a week that will pay the lotto ticket. It's ridiculous, just like the insane hatred some possess for Helen Clark.

Let's Be Frank, Helen Clark is not even pro-choice. Here are the issues she is ANTI-CHOICE on:
-school choice
-spending choice (lower taxes)
-smacking choice
-food choice
-smoking choice
-hospital choice
-private property rights
Allegedly, "choice" to her is so important that the word alone justifies abortion yet it does not justify ANY of the above! The control freak is emphatically ANTI-CHOICE.
And Clark's just another sloganeering feminist pro-abortion radical.....
