  • We do appreciate comments, even from competitors. Yes, Billy Cook is 82 and amazingly still oversees the production of his saddles. I believe that is one of Billy Cook's strong points - a company run by its founder, with many years of experience. The pure quality and the customer satisfaction is proof to us that the Billy Cook wade saddle is an excellent purchase for anyone looking for a ranch wade saddle.

  • I have been riding this saddle almost 5 years. I have had Circle Y and Tex Tan and four Genuine Billy Cook; this Ranch saddle is my best ride. Thanks Horse Saddle Shop, I was having trouble locating a good Billy Cook until I found your web site.

  • His name was actually bought out by longhorn back in the day and now you have to watch from which are his and those that are not. I mean when you go to speaking of the "knowledge" make sure you know exactly everything. I am his grandson, he's in his 80's but alive and kicking he still remains. Name is Jake

  • Yes Billy Cook is the name on the saddle but he sure didnt make it. Billy used to make saddles but the person who makes them now chances are you couldnt pronounce his name, fact is they came to his shop and deported some of his top toolers this happened twice and the second time he sold his stamp to whoever would buy it his name is on them but he dont have anything to do with themany more. I am a custom saddle maker the only factory saddle i would ride would be Marten or Teskey. Just go custom

  • could I order one while I live in the UK? if so, who pays the tax?

  • @saddlesandtack He obviously can't make as many saddles as are being sold, but He still makes the occasional saddle. his trade mark is the real wool lining. All of the saddles are made under his supervision.

  • you have to adjust the volume we cant hear what you are saying over the music

  • Billy Cook is 82 years old! Factory made saddles my friends!!!

  • Billy Cook always puts the " Cowboy" in his saddles !

  • Please make some more videos showing the Arbuckle rancher and the new Nebraska rancher and the 2188 cliff wade , maybe set in a 15 and a half seat and let me see how it fits ! Thanks in advance !
