doing shoulder exercises when on chess day is good and bad...good being the the latic acid will also be release to the shoulder area thus sharing a limiting it the chess area...lactic acid is what make you muscles sore...bad is because you do not want to over do and think its a shoulder day workout, so doing light reps and low sets is the best ways to concentrate on chess work out on a chess day

So ive just started going to the gym a month ago yesterday and i started my max the first day at 155 and yesterday i put up 180 and was feeling really good and my friend had me doing my bench like you were talking about my goal is 250 by 7/30

well a month ago i told u i can bench 105.well i now bench 110 and on some good days i can bench 115.(im a small guy).im following yur advise of doing 5 reps 5 sets.i stay at the same weights at 110 throughout all my sets is tht ok?and also how many days should i take a break after i did most of my week working out
okay so i can bench press 225 7 times what should i start with for my first set

i havent tryed the 5 for 5 thing but i know its kinda like the till fault negatives ill try it and tell you if i go up 5 pounds in 2 weeks
