Of course, BMW had nothing to do with designing it. They built it under license, as did several other manufacturers. It was designed by Piero Rivolta, founder of Iso Autoveicoli S.p.a., hence the name "Isetta"

That's great driving! I have almost completed a body off nut & bolt restoration on a 3 wheel Isetta. Do think I dare try that with one wheel at the back. Besides, my Isetta had been rolled and I've had to replace a large piece of the side panelling.

YEP, just like the Isetta I had once. Dont push it too hard in right turns, or you might find your self upside down..
