A walkthrough the process of converting your standard CO2 Walther PPK/s firing in Semi- Automatic mode, to a Fully Automatic CO2 pistol.
After the Mod, your pistol will fire at an incredible rate of 15 rounds per second! Turning an already fun gun into a truly amazing one!

I get asked a lot what the washer sizes are, typically the outer diameter needs to be smaller than the inner diameter of the firing pin head, and they need to be about 1mm thick. but here are the specs if the above makes no sense to you! :
6mm OD
3mm ID
1mm WIDE

DISCLAIMER:
I accept no responcibility for your pistol or persons, if using this information provided to conduct a modification on your Air Pistol.
Be aware that once modified, the warranty on the product will be void. (so its probably not a good idea, to conduct this mod, if there is still time on your warranty)
If you follow this Tutorial properly, your modification will be successfull, if you deviate from it, you will more than likely end up harming your pistol, rendering it useless.
PLEASE NOTE: once this mod, has taken place, it cannot be undone (unless you buy new parts), so only start the project if you are 100% commited, and aware of this.

  • Great instruction's on performing this mod. Very nice walk through. PLEASE help me answer a question nobody seems to be able to help me with. Very simply, can the Walther CP99 blow-back be modified to full auto. And would your technique work with the CP99 model ? PLEASE HELP. any info would be great. Thanks alot !!! R.K.

  • @rk2573

    Hey RK

Im really not sure, as i dont own the pistol and have never seen the internals of the pistol before.

However, the CP99 is also made by UMAREX, so could quite possibly use the same hammer/firing pin specifications as the PPK/s so it may be possible!?

best advise i can give you if you want to give it a while is strip her open ;) and have a look inside to see if you can see anything similar to internals of the PPk/s in there!

  • Just performed this mod on my gun. forgot to put in the part that goes on the left side of the gun to keep the slide open after the last shot is fired. It kept firing even though no more bb's were in the mag. I realized my mistake and installed the part and now the slide stays back after the 15th bb is fired. 15 bb's in under 2 seconds, awesome. You explained everything very well. By the way I just pried off the steel ring on the firing pin and reused it, no need to go out and buy a circlip.

  • so what is the point in grinding down the piece of he trigger?

  • i got same pliers as you! they are gerber :P

  • my bb feed nozzle keeps jamming in the mag. nothing but unreliable for me. how is the makarov?

  • How ca you do this to make it not a runaway auto? I know it's possible but can you figure it out?

  • Hi I'm doing the mod and how thick does the washer need to be. Thanks Shane ????

  • i was able to, after much patcients and measuring, i made a trigger linkage guard out of a bike spoke, works beautifully. it was VERY difficult to do, i use regular and needle-nose pliers.

  • i used 2 washers and its perfect i can hit the trigger and let go and it dont run away i let go of the trigger it stops firing its bad ass thanx for the info dude

  • so if u pull the trigger once it will shoot the whole clip or do have told the trigger im mean if i pull the trigger and let go will it ceep firing

  • @lpmm215 yes it will. but before you file down that one part try doing it without filing it down and it may work

  • Is sawing that one part really necessary?
