I had to do a little movement on the pedal coz it's squeaking. It's common for the pedal to squeak when the piano is new, (got mine last week). I haven't even had it tuned yet. I will soon though...I had a Yamaha YDP-223 but that was not comparable to my new one. I love acoustic pianos!
