Just tried this...pretty good. But I don't have one of the noodle makers yet (just ordered one) so I had to slice the Zucc.(Yes, I made Zucc pasta) really thin. Quite tasty...but yours looks better :)

@smoothies4life Yes and the mushrooms are good with it too! I am now trying to go more clean eating without all the oil and fats that are hidden in alot of raw food recipes. Try green juicing!

pasta fine, mushrooms (hopefully cooked) fine, cheese....bad!!! full of un-necessary fats. BAD!!!
