Had my motor bored .30 with an rv2 cam, with new rocker, valves, mid comp. Pistons, rods, turning crank, and a Hedman header. No exhaust hooked up so its running out the header.
@vench112 i did a headman header on mine with 2 1/4 exhaust and left the cat so i can still go through DEQ and i found after research that you can make more power with a cat on a 22re so it will keep its back pressure. have you gotten to race any stock 22re yet lol
After working on a few 22re mild builds I have observed that simple things such as Rv cams, head porting, and manifold portmatching, do improve air flow and it leans mixture out a bit. So, I would recommend loosening a few teeth (like 2 or 3) your AFM to richen it a bit (if you haven't yet).
no way im take out my motor for a fucking V8 allso like

Sounds like a homosexual with a worn out anus. Try a V-8.

I just did mine. 0.040" over, RV crawler cam 261 deg. 410", K&N intake, larger injectors, pacesetter 4-2-1 header, flowmaster super 40 exhaust, cat delete.
